Welcome to Seven Mile Property Checks. My name is Nick Elisano and I was born and raised at the shore and have owned and operated several local businesses for over twenty years.

In all those years, I recognized a common need that I always heard from friends, family, and clients of mine who all live on the Seven Mile Island...

They all wished they had someone that they Knew, Liked, and Trusted to monitor and watch over their Shore property when they're not around , and also to help "Meet Appointments", so they didn't have to drive to the shore and waste an entire day.
 

For months we researched proven business models and interviewed several property owners to assemble a comprehensive checklist and reporting system to ensure our clients would receive great service with greater communication. So, together with my wife Kim, a local Real Estate professional and my cousin Chris, a Landscape Architect on the island for over twenty years, Seven Mile Property Checks was born!
