3. WHAT DO YOU DO ON A HOME WATCH VISIT?
We provide both internal and external home check services. Our primary aim is to make sure that your home is not having issues with vandalism, water leaks, bug infestation, animal intrusion, electrical panel check, weather damage, and adjust thermostat settings as needed. We are experienced in identifying irregularities in the early stages. A digital report with date-stamped photos is filed with every visit. If an issue occurs we will instantly advise you and proceed as instructed.
4. DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
We carry a General Liability Insurance Policy. We also have passed a criminal background check.
5. HOW DO YOU HANDLE A PROBLEM OR DAMAGING SITUATION?
Every situation is unique. We will always troubleshoot appropriately and communicate with the home owner or designated person(s). Supporting data such as time-stamped photographs and noted observations will be done. We have access to a variety of insured and bonded service providers. Our first resource however is yours – if you have had work done in the past and would like to utilize their service we will engage them as instructed. We can also provide wait time to oversee contractors chosen to fix the problem.
6. HOW DO I KNOW WHO IS MAKING THE VISIT AS WELL AS IF, AND WHEN, THE VISIT WAS MADE?
Our Property Check Services are conducted only by a member of our ownership team. You receive an email report on date of service. Every visit we take a series of time stamped photos for your file and will forward with electronic report anything we feel requires your attention.
7. HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?

We are local business owners with years of home ownership of our own, we are trained on home issues under variant circumstances and participate in ongoing training associated with home watch services. We cannot prevent all things from happening. It is our job to make a comprehensive visit and notice any irregular, or damaging, situation in the early stages before it can become a disaster.

It is a best practice to visit your home shortly after you leave to make sure everything is in order. Often, the home owner leaves a door unlocked, water on, thermostat set improperly, and so much more! We suggest, as well, a visit shortly before your return where we can final check your home insuring a pleasant return.
